HAJEON / Samsung Djenné: cofferdam and major concrete volumes

River diversion, cofferdam, and large-scale concrete placement — infrastructure delivery under environmental scrutiny.

Civil Division·IMS

As main subcontractor on the Djenné threshold bridge dam project, IMS delivered cofferdam works that enabled controlled river diversion while preserving downstream uses that communities depend on.

Quantities & control

  • Excavation and transport of large laterite volumes within schedule
  • Concrete placement at scale with thermal and curing discipline
  • Environmental monitoring aligned with regulator expectations

Community interface

River projects are social as much as technical. IMS maintained dialogue with fishermen and local users during diversion windows — adjusting sequences where feasible to protect livelihood activities.

Infrastructure wins are measured in cubic metres — and in whether neighbours trust the process. We plan for both.
